Hi community and @Pranaw Sharma ! I'm running into an issue with 834 layout (source: Bulk Benefits Ongoing Exports) I'm trying to use a conditional mapping with field "Data > EmployeeRecords > EmployeeElectionDetails > PlanXrefCode" - to pull the current elections and if they have a specific medical plan, it would result in a group # string. I cannot get the mapping to assign correctly.

What am I doing wrong - should I be using the multi-carrier export source instead?

Is it possible my current effective date filter is set up incorrectly? I'm using effective date instead of coverage or plan start date:

    Hi Will,

This might be related to the filter configuration. A few more details would help us narrow it down:

    1. Could you share the complete filter conditions? The screenshot cuts off part of the configuration. My assumption is something along the lines of: (Plan Effective Start Date <= Integration Run Date) AND (Plan End Date > Integration Run Date OR Plan End Date is empty) — but it would be good to confirm.
    2. Could you also share a snippet of a source record that you expect to appear in the output, including the relevant PlanXrefCode and effective dates?

For troubleshooting, I’d recommend adding a parent filter at the Employee Record level for a single employee and running the integration with just that employee first. This makes it much easier to validate the filter and conditional mapping before running it against the full population.

I wouldn’t switch to the Multi-Carrier source just yet—we should first confirm whether the current source contains the data you need and whether the filtering is selecting the expected election.

    Thanks!
