Hi @Hong Zhao​ I was able to execute on my sandbox. Can you see if the employee has a Work Assignment that covers the date of the planned schedule/shift?

Hey @Hong Zhao​ thanks. The error refers to the work assignment being invalid in some regard. Can you check the effective start dates for the following and ensure none are end dated?

Job Assignments

Org Units (where OrgLevel = both Site and Department)
