Background job keeps getting stuck

I have successfully delivered several file-based inbound integrations using Integration Studio in the past without any issues, but I haven’t had any luck resolving this particular problem.

The CSV inbound Integration Studio process is successfully triggered when the .ready file is dropped into SFTP, but the background job intermittently gets stuck in "In Progress" and keeps polling every 10 seconds (see Integration Processor background job log). The only resolution so far has been to raise a support ticket and have the job manually cancelled. The issue has occurred multiple times.

I raised a couple of tickets in the past with without much progress, so I wanted to check whether anyone has experienced this issue before I re-raised it. Thanks.
