Hi, is there an API to get all of the pay groups (name, description, reference code, etc.) for an instance?

Hi, is there an API to get all of the pay groups (name, description, reference code, etc.) for an instance? A number of APIs have the payGroupXRefCode as a parameter but I could not find an API to get the pay groups themselves. It seems like you would need to know the reference code before you call or create a report to retrieve the pay groups. The closest seems like GET Pay Group Calendar but that takes a pay group xref code as a parameter.
