I have one Benefit 834 export which i have made few months back (working at that time), now it is not giving any output says Export generated empty result.

I have one Benefit 834 export which i have made few months back (working at that time), now it is not giving any output says Export generated empty result. I have also used standard 834 template and applied plan carrier, still generating an empty file.
Any help on this?
