Hi Everyone,

 

I have setup an outbound integration to export employee details. This integration is required to send data from Dayforce to ZALARIS which is on SAP Successfactors platform. Integration is working as expected with a single header. However, ZALARIS integration team are unable to import the file as they require double headers that is 2 rows of headers. I am unable to find an option within Integration studio to do this. I am interested to know if anyone has run into similar issue while integrating with SAP SuccessFactors and how did you resolve this issue.

    Just in case you don't get to this until tomorrow, how I was able to do it was using an Output format of: Segmented Character-Separated Values/Delimited Text File

     

    From there I configured a simple layout as such:

    And was able to get a file with two header rows:

    There is mention of multiple header rows in the Dayforce Integration Studio Administrator Guide if you want to review as well.
