I ran an Integration Studio job with a recipient ID setup in the transmission details section.

I ran an Integration Studio job with a recipient ID setup in the transmission details section. Transmission is disabled in Stage, but the IS job still transmitted the file just like if transmission was enabled. Is this expected behavior and IS doesn't work with transmission status like the XML exports do?

Hi @Troy Dukes, Yes. Integration Studio manages transmission within the integration configuration itself, rather than relying on the Dayforce instance/environment transmission status. If Transmit to DF Link and a valid Vendor Recipient ID are configured, the IS job can transmit the file even when transmission is disabled in Stage.

So, unlike traditional XML exports, don’t rely on the environment-level transmission status to prevent an Integration Studio file from being sent.
