Is it possible to build an outbound generic benefit integration ( ex - New York Life) in Integration Studio when there is no prebuilt connector?

Yes, New York Life FMLA LADE Layout will be available in next release on July 30th, 2026.

Also, if you have the need to build a benefit connector in the future you can certainly "copy" any of the connectors that are similar, build your own or if 834 is needed use the 834 Master template the team created. LOTs of options! One best practice is to use the newer "Bulk Benefits API" which was delivered with benefit vendor feeds in mind:-)

I just tried to search Integration Studio Outbound prebuilt connector for MetLife (All Core Voluntary Products Layout), New York Life (FMLA LADE Layout) but i could not find any from latest release. Pls find snapshot. Is there something i am missing?

Hi @Prateek Dwivedi​ , since this was a Major release, all customers are updated in Waves. Once they are updated you should see it, if not please do let us know.

I am still not able to see those 14 prebuilt connectors (of latest release cycle) in the config environment for my client (in Implementation phase currently) in which i am currently working. Has this been released for all Dayforce clients by now? Any information yet?
