Is there a way to do a Row count at the beginning of each row in Integration Studio?

Example:

RowNumber, PayPeriodDate, Co Code

1, 12/1/2025,ABCY.......

2, 12/1/2025,ABCY......

3, 12/1/2025,ABCY.....

Thanks,

EddieH

    Hello Eddie,

    You can follow the below steps-

    1. Create Integration and add first column as rowCount, in Dayforce field you can select whatever field you want to select as keeping that blank would generate error.
    2. Now after creating integration click save.
    3. Now go to View IDL and do the below changes in mapping instruction section:

    mapping {

        root = map(source?.Data?, (srcData, srcDataIndex) => {

            Data = [{

                rowCount = srcDataIndex + 1;

                FirstName = srcData?.FirstName?;

            }];

        });

    }

    My integration has 2 columns, I just modifiedthe IDL for rowCount.

    Below is my output:

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    Keep rowCount as Number.
