PTO Data for Integrations
One of our partners tried building an integration between Dayforce and Tempus to adjust project capacity when employees request PTO.
They needed both approved and unapproved Time Away records for specific date ranges. But they hit a few roadblocks:
- Time Away fields weren’t showing up in Integration Studio.
- Developer permissions weren’t obvious.
- Their planned web hook approach didn’t surface the right fields.
Product Guidance:
Integration Studio pulls from the HCM Anywhere APIs. You could:
- Build a report and use it via the Analytics Data Connector API.
- Or, check if Time Away fields are already available through the APIs listed on the Dayforce Developer Network <link stripped through migration>.
