The export loads member data but fails during formatting. I’ve checked my export configuration and mapping but can’t find any problem. Any debugging steps you can suggest because I don't see any problem with the Emp 46.

I initially tried building it using Integration Studio. Although I defined a single header, a data array, and a footer, the header and footer are repeating for every data record, and I’m not sure why this is happening.Since that approach didn’t work, I created the same export using XML/XSLT. However, in the client environment it fails with the error “Input string was not in the correct format”, while the exact same file works fine in a different environment.I’ve also tried simplifying the file to include only a single text field, but I’m still encountering the same issue.Any suggestions or pointers would be appreciated.Thanks.Is this conversation helpful so far?

This integration is required to send data from Dayforce to ZALARIS which is on SAP Successfactors platform. Integration is working as expected with a single header. However, ZALARIS integration team are unable to import the file as they require double headers that is 2 rows of headers. I am unable to find an option within Integration studio to do this. I am interested to know if anyone has run into similar issue while integrating with SAP SuccessFactors and how did you resolve this issue.

Share your experience or patterns that worked for you.

If so, will the failed job run stay in the log after the rerun, or will it disappear? Is there a way to create an alert to notify users when this happens (job run fails)? Is there a way to rerun the failed job but with a different output (say instead of calling an API, it generates a file for further investigation)?

When I attempt to run the export in Account 1 (which is already live) using the CarrierXrefCode, the export does not run (export produced an empty file). However, when I run the same export in Account 2 using the accounts carrier, it runs successfully and generating data as well. For testing purposes, I have limited the export to only 2–3 columns to rule out any field-level issues, but the behavior remains the same. This account is already live, and unfortunately, we have not been able to get helpful resolution from Dayforce support through our tickets. Has anyone encountered a similar issue where the export behaves differentlly. Any suggestions on what could be causing this or what configuration areas I should review would be greatly apprecia

Using system-provided Transformation, I am able to remove special characters or select the last 10 characters but cannot do both. Is there a way to use an IDL expression to combine the two functions? I am using last 10 for the preceding field and have a comparison of the IDL for the 2 fields, which is attached. Is it possible (and how, please) to combine the two statements and get both transformations to apply? I am unclear on syntax for expressions. Is this the right forum? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

We observe the EmployeeBalanceTransactions could only take a positve or negative value but will not allow to set for 0. There are test cases that we want to reset the employee balance to 0, but we can't be able to acheive that with the current API as it required us to know the balances for us to deduct. Is there any API that could do this? if not, is there a plan to have an API to support this

In reporting, the "is voided" field seems to refer to the original check that was voided (the prior positive deduction). This client does occasional deduction balance transfers which I need to take into account, which keeps me from filtering out all negative deductions. I don't see a field that identifies the quick void (the "voiding record") as a way to exclude these specific negative records. Does anyone have helpful tip for this? Thank you!
